Beautifully designed house share, close to Blackpool Victoria Hospital. All bills are included.
We have a large comfy communal space comprising of a fully furnished lounge, a fully equipped, kitchen with washer and dining area, a clothes room on the first floor equipped with clothes dryers and ironing facilities.
The house has superfast fibre internet throughout, smart TV in the communal lounge space.
The property has all communal areas cleaned by our cleaners every 2-weeks with the gardens and windows maintained on a monthly basis.
All bedrooms are large double rooms and are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. We do have bedding packages available to purchase prior to move in.
We have 1 double bedrooms available on the first floor.
There is a bathroom on the first floor finished to a high standard with over bath shower. There is also a separate W/C located on the Ground Floor.
We are able to offer off-road parking for 2 vehicles; this is on a first come, first served basis. There is amble on-street parking to the side of the property.
Once you have viewed the property and decided to apply, you may be asked to pay a £50 reservation deposit. This is refundable if your application is unsuccessful (terms and conditions apply). If your application is successful, we will then request a £250 holding deposit. Together, these deposits total £300, which will be deducted from your move-in costs at the point of check-in.
